Buying
Who can buy on Care.Store?
Licensed US clinics and medspas. Every account belongs to a practice we have verified: we check the NPI registry and the state board, and a person reviews each application.
Why can I not see prices?
Prices open after we verify your practice. Suppliers set wholesale prices for licensed buyers, and some items may only be sold to licensed practitioners.
What can I order at launch?
Exam room and treatment room supplies, and professional skincare and aftercare. Equipment follows. The Shop page lists what each category covers.
Who sells and ships my order?
The supplier named on the listing sells it, invoices your practice and ships it to your verified practice address. Care.Store does not hold stock.
How long does verification take?
A person reviews applications in the order they arrive, and we email you when a decision is made.
Selling
Can my clinic sell equipment it no longer uses?
Yes, once selling opens. Approved clinics will list used and new-in-box equipment, furniture, and unopened, in-date, non-prescription supplies. Join the seller list on the Sell page.
What cannot be sold?
Prescription drugs and biologics, including toxins and compounded medications. Dermal fillers and other prescription injectables. Peptides, GLP-1 and anything labeled research use only. Controlled substances. Opened, expired, damaged or recalled items. Used single-use devices and disposables. Anything carrying patient information.
When does selling open?
After ordering launches. Payouts for regulated devices need our payment processor’s approval, and selling opens when that is in place.
Can suppliers and dealers sell?
Yes. Vendors join the supplier waitlist, and we check licenses and insurance before their listings go live.
Pharmacy partners
Do you sell peptides or GLP-1?
Not today. Prescription products, including peptides and GLP-1, will come only from licensed pharmacy partners after the partner agreements are signed and our counsel signs off on each product.
Who can order prescription items?
Licensed prescribers, or a facility licensed to hold them, at a practice we have verified.
Account and data
Do you store patient information?
No. Accounts belong to practices, and we do not collect patient data.
